When ordering with Gardenistauk.com you consent to us sending you special offers & promotions by email.
The contract between us and the buyer shall be on these terms to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions.
Gardenista Bespoke is currently only available in the UK.
Delivery
All items include FREE DELIVERY in the UK and will be shipped using the fastest and most efficient method possible.
Most of the couriers we use are signed for services and offer notifications when items are out for delivery via text message or email.
Courier and tracking information is emailed when we process your order in our Despatch System.

The more information you provide us at the checkout the easier it is for us and our carriers to deliver your items to you as you wish.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and up to date plus please also make sure that someone will be available at the address to take delivery of the item ordered, deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday.
Some product lines are available on a longer delivery lead time depending on time of year and type of product - please check the listing and shipping information - shown next to the item.
Returns/cancellations
Our usual exchange and refund policy doesn’t apply to products that are made to order or made to measure, which cannot be cancelled after 24 hours post purchase, returned or exchanged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, or not as described.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been delivered you must notify us within 24 hours after completing your payment by email at customercare@gardenistuk.com with the following information:
- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
- Date of purchase
- Our order/invoice number.
We will attempt to cancel the order prior to manufacture, however if the manufacturing process cannot be stopped in time the transaction is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE ANY BESPOKE ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS STARTED. IN SUCH INSTANCES WE WILL CHARGE FOR ANY MATERIALS OR LABOUR APPLIED TO COVER COSTS.
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and only in this instance refund the customer in full.
Delivery of goods shall be to the shipping address specified by the buyer at time of checkout. We reserve the right to not deliver to certain addresses including but not exclusively UK post office boxes and hotel rooms.
Gardenistauk.com shall not be liable for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any delay in the delivery of the goods.
The price for all goods shall be the price displayed on the website at time of buyer checkout. All prices include applicable VAT but exclude delivery costs which are specified at checkout dependant upon the total weight of the order. We reserve the right to alter prices for goods at any time.
Title to any goods you order from GardenistaUK.com shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products including any applicable delivery costs.
All items are brand new unless specified in the product description.
All references to 'Free UK Delivery' refer to 'UK mainland' delivery addresses. Non-UK mainland addresses include postcodes that start with: BT all postcodes, FK17-99, G83, GY all, HS1-9, IM all, IV1-28, IV33-51, IV 55-56, JE all, KA27-28, KW all, PA20-48, PA60-78, PH18-26, PH30-42, PH32-44, ZE1-3.
