It takes a dedicated team to make any made-to-measure item - each team member is experienced in a particular part of the process, including everything from cutting and joining, to pinning and hemming, to inspecting and packing. You can be assured that your cushions are being made by true experts. We want you to be as proud of it as we are.
Delivery
All items include FREE DELIVERY in the UK and will be shipped using the fastest and most efficient method possible.
Most of the couriers we use are signed for services and offer notifications when items are out for delivery via text message or email.
Courier and tracking information is emailed when we process your order in our Despatch System.

The more information you provide us at the checkout the easier it is for us and our carriers to deliver your items to you as you wish.
Please make sure your delivery address is correct and up to date plus please also make sure that someone will be available at the address to take delivery of the item ordered, deliveries usually take place Monday to Friday.
Some product lines are available on a longer delivery lead time depending on time of year and type of product - please check the listing and shipping information - shown next to the item.
Returns/cancellations
Our usual exchange and refund policy doesn’t apply to products that are made to order or made to measure, which cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. This doesn't affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, or not as described.
Cancelling your order
If you wish to cancel your order before the goods have been delivered you must notify us as soon as possible by email at customercare@gardenistuk.com with the following information:
- Your full contact details
- Details of the product(s) that you wish to cancel
- The reason for cancellation
- Date of purchase
- Our order/invoice number.
We will attempt to cancel the order prior to manufacture, however if the manufacturing process cannot be stopped in time the transaction is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE ANY BESPOKE ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE PRODUCTION HAS STARTED. IN SUCH INSTANCES WE WILL CHARGE FOR ANY MATERIALS OR LABOUR APPLIED TO COVER COSTS.
We reserve the right to cancel the order at any time until the order has been delivered for any reason and only in this instance refund the customer in full.
