We constantly monitor our stock levels and depending on the stage of the garden season (March to August) we will look to replenish our stock and can contact you when the item you’re looking for becomes available - Simply enter your email address by using the ‘Contact me when available’ link on the product page.
Towards the end of July we cannot guarantee an item will be restocked before the following garden season.
Yes! All our products at GardenistaUk are made with fabric that is water-resistant.
We recommend using a warm damp cloth to wipe clean with bleach-free cleaning products. Avoid using hot-washes or tumble driers.
Our products are either filled with high quality block foam, recycled foam crumb or fibre, all materials are fire retardant, hypoallergenic and super comfy!
Please note that we cannot guarantee colour matching between all of our products, this is due slight differences in sourced fabric. However, if you have purchased a pallet seating cushion kit we can then guarantee a colour match for that set.
We aim to release new designs and collections each garden season! Our designs are always exclusive to GardenistaUk, lovingly created by our designer. Some designs will be limited edition so be quick if you see something you love! If you have any ideas on the designs you would like to see in the future let us know using the Contact Us form!
We aim to reply to all messages within 24 hours, during the working week. Our business hours are: Mon-Fri from 8.00am - 4.30pm (excl. bank holidays). Please be advised that sending multiple messages can delay our response and resolution time.
I have returned my order and haven't received a refund?
With the increase in volume of parcels and shipments in and out of our warehouse, please allow up to 10 working days for a refund to be processed.

We offer FREE delivery on all non-pallet UK orders, with no minimum spend!
Do you provide express or next day shipping service?
Express or next day shipping service is not currently available. But we are working on it!
When can I expect my delivery?
Our current dispatch/handling times are 1-3 working days, with delivery within 24-48 hours for most orders. Please be aware that couriers are starting to introduce caps on how many parcels they will collect from sellers and process through their sorting facilities. This is due to the unprecedented demand on delivery networks for this time of year, which will unfortunately mean that there will be some delays. We are working hard with all our couriers to ensure we continue to deliver your orders as quick as possible.
I have received my tracking number but there is no courier scan on the tracking
There are mainly two reasons for this. The courier isn't able to provide the required vehicles to collect the amount of orders we are processing daily or there are some processing delays at the couriers sorting depot. Please allow 24-48 hours for an update on tracking information.
